My best friend from college, who I love as much as my own husband and is the godmother of my two girls, has self-harm scars.  She’s currently married to a wonderful man who loves her for the person she is, not the state of her skin. People who think like the anon poster rank at the same level of racists, sexists, and other bigots on my personal disgust meter. Yeah sure anon. Scars are nbd.
